Q: How long does cryptocurrency deposit take to arrive?

Under normal circumstances, deposits are processed within 1-15 minutes, depending on blockchain network conditions.

Q: What cryptocurrencies and networks are supported for wallet deposits? Is there a minimum deposit amount?

The wallet currently supports USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB and other major cryptocurrencies. USDT supports ERC20, BSC, and TRC20 networks. USDC supports BSC.

Q: Why hasn't my cryptocurrency deposit arrived?

A: If your deposit has not arrived, please follow these steps:

  1. Check if you deposited on the wrong network or sent the wrong token.
  2. Check if the deposit amount meets the platform's minimum deposit requirement. Deposits below the minimum will not be credited.
  3. Check for blockchain congestion. Visit OKLink, enter your transaction hash, and verify that block confirmations are greater than 0.

Q: My deposit didn't arrive (sent to the wrong token or network). What should I do?

If you deposit an unsupported token (e.g., XRP) or an unsupported network (e.g., USDT on Avalanche C-Chain), SKYDAO's wallet will not receive the deposit and it cannot be credited.

To provide a good user experience, SKYDAO will do its best to help recover funds from incorrect deposits. Due to development resources, labor, and technical complexity, a recovery fee is required, and we cannot guarantee that all incorrect deposits can be recovered. If you encounter an incorrect deposit, please provide the following information to our customer support team, and we will assess the possibility of recovery. (If the incorrect deposit amount is less than $10 USD, recovery is not possible due to the small amount.):

The customer support team will submit your incorrect deposit information to our professional team and provide you with an assessment result.

If the assessment result is that recovery is not possible, we apologize for your property loss and remind you to carefully check SKYDAO's supported deposit tokens and networks in the future to avoid similar losses.

If recovery is possible, please follow these steps:

  • The customer support team will guide you to pay the required recovery fee to the specified address and ask you to provide a refund address on the corresponding network (the incorrect deposit network). Please make sure the refund address is accurate, as any asset loss caused by an incorrect refund address will be borne by you.
  • After paying the fee, please send the corresponding hash to the customer support team.
  • Once we have verified receipt of the recovery fee, we will initiate the recovery process.
  • Since recovering an incorrect deposit is a relatively complex process, it takes a relatively long time. Thank you for your patience.
  • Once the recovery is complete, the customer support team will send you the refund hash for your reference.

Q: How long does wallet withdrawal take to process?

Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes. The actual arrival time depends on blockchain congestion and the receiving platform's processing time.

Q: Why hasn't my withdrawal arrived?

  • 1- If the status shows "Pending Review", the system is conducting a security review. Please wait patiently. The review will be completed within 24 hours.
  • 2- If the status shows "Processing", the security review is complete and your wallet is processing the withdrawal. Processing time depends on blockchain conditions. Please wait patiently.
  • 3- If the status shows "Completed", the withdrawal has been successfully sent. You can use the Txid to verify the amount on the blockchain explorer, or click "View on blockchain explorer" to jump directly. Please note that blockchain confirmation speed depends on network miners and is not within SKYDAO's control.

Note: If the network confirmations have reached the number required by the receiving platform but the funds have not been credited to your account, please contact the receiving platform to verify the situation.
