ATM Withdrawal FAQ
Q: What is the ATM withdrawal fee?
A: Physical cards can withdraw cash through ATM. The fees are as follows:
- ATM fee: 1.9%
- FX fee (non-USD local currency withdrawal): 1.2%
- USD local currency withdrawal has no FX fee
- If the fee exceeds this amount, it is charged by the ATM, not SKYDAO
- ATM balance inquiry is free
Q: The ATM won't dispense cash. What should I do?
A: Please check if your account balance is sufficient. If the balance is sufficient, the current ATM or bank may not support withdrawal. We recommend trying another ATM or bank.
Q: My card has a balance, but the ATM shows account balance as "0". Why?
A: ATM balance inquiry is not supported. Please refer to the card balance in the App.
Q: ATM withdrawal failed but my card was still charged. What should I do?
A: If ATM withdrawal failed, please check the transaction status in the App:
- If the status shows "Failed", the order was not successful and no actual charge was made;
- If the status shows "Success", please wait for the card network settlement. After settlement is complete, the funds will be automatically returned to your card.
Q: My card was swallowed by the ATM. What should I do?
A: Please contact the bank where the ATM is located for assistance and resolution.
